1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from PLESAI LTD (“Plesai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
For applicable products, purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Refunds for those purchases will be issued through Lemon Squeezy and are also subject to their refund policies. We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf when you submit a refund request to us.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
One-Time Purchases
If you purchased a product or license with a one-time payment, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Subscription Plans
If you are on a recurring subscription, you may request a refund for the current billing period within 7 days of the charge date. After that window, you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but we will not issue a partial refund for unused time in the current billing period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless required by applicable law)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service and were suspended or terminated as a result
- Usage-based or metered charges already incurred (e.g., API calls, usage overages)
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@plesai.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your order number or the email address used at checkout
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the product until that date. We do not prorate or refund unused subscription time after the 7-day refund window.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions at our discretion. If you have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the product, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and/or suspend your account. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated policies apply to purchases made after the update date. Your existing subscription at the time of an update is governed by the policy in effect when you purchased.
